Dr. Daniel Murrell, MD, CWSP

owner and director

A steadfast southerner, he graduated from the UTHSC School of Medicine and trained extensively in Chicago, Birmingham, and Macon, GA, before returning to Memphis to provide exceptional care in chronic wound and infection management.

He holds board certifications from the American Board of Wound Management, the Infectious Diseases Society of America, and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a self-proclaimed microbe enthusiast specializing in infected surgical sites and high-risk diabetic foot ulcers. In a region with high rates of heart disease and diabetes, Dr. Murrell aims to create a comprehensive and consolidated wound care presence in the Midsouth.

Crystal Stewart, LPN

office manager

A well-known figure in the Memphis healthcare community, she has been with Consolidated Medical Practices of Memphis for the past 14 years, working closely with Dr. Randy Villanueva (Internal Medicine). She earned her nursing degree from Northwest Mississippi Community College and serves as a board member of the local Mid-South MGMA while also being an active member of TN-MGMA.

Crystal is passionate about building the best wound care center in Memphis and fostering strong collaboration among providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. She is committed to developing a culture of teamwork and empowerment, where individuals feel encouraged to share ideas and contribute to a high-performing team.

Taylor Davis, FNP

nurse practitioner

A lifelong Memphian, she returned home after spending time in Austin, TX, to earn her undergraduate degree at Baptist Health Sciences University. With a strong background in intensive care, she went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Family Practice. Taylor has provided specialized care in interventional cardiology, nephrology, skilled nursing facilities, and infectious disease.

She is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is deeply passionate about increasing health literacy and breaking barriers for patients and their families. Her journey has fostered a love for wound management, with a particular focus on complex diabetic foot ulcers and limb salvage.
